By accessing or using our website, booking a consultation, enrolling in a program, purchasing resources, or interacting with any services offered by Supriyaa Agarrwal, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of These Terms
By using our website or services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old
You understand that our services provide educational wellness guidance, not medical treatment
You agree to follow all guidelines and instructions given inside programs and consultations
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
2. Nature of Services
Begin Right Wellness offers:
Functional nutrition guidance
Hormone and metabolic wellness coaching
Gut–liver detox systems
BHRT awareness & education
Lifestyle modification programs
Wellness consultations and assessments
We do not provide:
Medical diagnosis
Medical treatment
Prescription decisions
Emergency or urgent care
Doctor–patient relationships
All information is educational and meant to complement (not replace) medical care.
3. Payment Terms
All payments for consultations, programs, e-books, and services must be completed upfront unless otherwise specified.
We accept UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other methods listed on checkout pages.
Your enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because our services include personalised wellness assessment, customised protocols, digital resources, and limited coaching slots, we follow a strict refund policy
Consultations (Pre-Consult, 1:1 Coaching Calls)
Once a consultation is booked and payment is made, no refunds are issued.
Rescheduling is allowed once if done at least 24 hours before the call.
Programs (Detoxes, Wellness Programs, Hormone/Metabolic Plans)
Due to the personalised nature of our programs and immediate access to resources, all program fees are non-refundable.
No partial refunds will be provided if you discontinue mid-program.
Transfer of enrollment to another person is not allowed.
These programs demand time to impact. In case you leave the program mid-way, this will be solely your responsibility and no refund will be issued.
Digital Products (PDFs, downloads, resources)
All digital sales are final due to instant access.
Exceptional Cases
Refunds may only be considered if:
A duplicate payment was accidentally made
A technical error on our end prevented access to the purchased service
All such refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
5. Client Responsibilities
By enrolling, you agree to:
Provide accurate health history, labs, and information
Follow the program guidelines to the best of your ability
Understand that results vary based on individual effort and physiology
Consult a doctor before starting supplements or making medical decisions
Not share program materials, videos, PDFs, or protocols with anyone else
We reserve the right to discontinue services if a participant is abusive, non-compliant, or violates policy terms.
6. No Medical Liability
You acknowledge that:
Begin Right Wellness is not responsible for medical outcomes
All recommendations are educational, not prescriptive
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions
You should consult your doctor for medical advice, medication guidance, and diagnostics
We are not liable for:
Adverse reactions
Misinterpretation of our guidance
Outcomes related to non-compliance
Medical complications unrelated to our interventions
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and inside our programs, including text, videos, PDFs, protocols, designs, branding, and frameworks, is the intellectual property of Begin Right Wellness.
